One-on-One Therapy
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially when you've spent years doubting your own experiences or feeling unheard by the people closest to you.
My goal is to offer a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and understood, especially if you’re navigating the impact of narcissistic parenting or long-standing patterns that no longer serve you.
Many Clients Come to Me Because They’re Struggling With:

Chronic Self-Doubt and Indecision

Fear of Conflict and Emotional Expression

Anxious or Avoidant Attachment

Overdeveloped Responsibility & Guilt

People Pleasing & Fawning

Difficulty Setting & Maintaining Boundaries

Low Self Worth & Shame

Fear of Abandonment
What It's Like to Work With Me
-
I view concerns through a trauma-informed lens, which means I’m curious about what happened to you and how past experiences may still be affecting your life today.
-
I prioritize building resources, so I’ll ask, "What is working for you?" Together, we’ll strengthen those supports and create new ones.
-
I’ll check in about your overall health and lifestyle to help you cultivate both emotional and physical well-being.
-
I may teach skills such as relaxation, grounding, and mindfulness-based awareness, and I’ll encourage you to practice them between sessions so they become tools you can rely on.
-
I may use EMDR to help resolve past experiences that continue to cause distress. When the timing feels right, we can explore whether it’s a good fit for you.
-
I welcome conversations about cultural or immigration-related trauma and the stress of racism. You’re invited to bring all of these experiences into our work together. While these experiences may have had a large impact on your life, we will work on building on your strengths and confidence so you can face life’s challenges and stress.
